An enterprise-grade Seller Network Participant (SNP) interface designed to digitize catalogs, manage inventory, and seamlessly integrate MSMEs into the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) ecosystem.
As a core developer at Arachnomesh Technologies, I contributed to the architecture and feature set of the Channelier Seller Portal. This platform acts as a bridge for brands and local merchants to join the ONDC network, allowing them to compete with giant marketplaces by making their inventory discoverable across various buyer applications like Pincode (PhonePe), Paytm, and Magicpin.
Key Contributions & Features
- ONDC Protocol Integration: Implemented the Beckn-based ONDC protocol for seamless communication between the Seller App and the Gateway.
- Dynamic Cataloging System: Developed a robust system to help sellers upload and manage thousands of SKUs with mandatory ONDC attributes (Brand, Category, Price, etc.).
- Real-time Inventory Sync: Built logic to ensure stock levels stay consistent across the entire ONDC network to prevent order cancellations.
- Automated Seller Onboarding: Streamlined the KYC and documentation process (GSTIN, Bank Details) to reduce onboarding time for MSMEs.
- UI/UX Optimization: Refined the dashboard to provide clear insights into order management, logistics tracking, and payment settlements.
